1.Not all Aloe Vera varieties are considered edible, the main edible one being var Chinensis.
Indetify and make sure that it is a edible aloe
You could use PictureThis to identify it.
2.Cut the aloe vera leaves into sections
3.Remove the spiky sides
4.Cut the aloe in half
5.Clean off the cut aloe vera.
6.Soak in water for 4 hours( Let the yellow sap diffused out)
7.Rub it on and squeeze out the clear gel
